You see, poor spelling and grammar are not the only things that can turn people off. Presentation also plays an important part in building credibility, which is why formatting and layout are part of a proofreader’s remit. You’d be surprised what a trained proofreader will spot – and what spellcheck and grammar checkers won’t! And that’s where I come in.
