Encore Ed Train & Learn Services offers bespoke CPD, learning, QA support and well being services when needed – enabling all to succeed.
Founded in 2008, Encore Ed Train & Learn Services provides personal development, vocational training and bespoke CPD events – equipping everyone with confidence for work, life, everything in between. With nearly two decades of experience, Encore Ed provides customised training events, courses and staff qualifications that cater to the specific needs and requirements of individual schools, training providers and small independent organisations, tailored to address the unique challenges and goals of the organisation or individual. Whatever the training or advice needed, it all starts with a conversation to capture the required components and solutions you require.
We are all human – Encore Ed celebrates and develops this through a growth mindset, loving kindness, and the curiosity of the learner as a starting point. Always proportionate, legal, appropriate and necessary (HRA 98), Encore Ed is committed to legislation, regulations, policies and procedures. When it comes to building Quality Assurance frameworks for bespoke training delivery, Encore Ed can define/ refine key performance indicators to set benchmarks for success: standardisation, observation, sampling, staff development and on. With current EQA experience for a large Awarding Organisation – Encore Ed can help.
Functional Skills, freelance IQA advice and service form the foundation of Encore Ed. Initially premised on the delivery of English from GCSE to undergraduate levels, Art and Psychology have also been added. Experience with formal FE, NEET, specific learning requirements and neuro-diversity is the stepping stone for any training, advice provided. Now, with Life Coaching and Art Therapy added, seeking the kindness for holistic practice is the driving force.
For the future, Creative Communication (CC) in work and life is an exciting new direction – adding ‘play’ to the CPD list. Following the PERMA model (Seligman 2011), CC allows individuals to get ‘unstuck’ and be positively productive again. As a result of blending all Encore Ed experience with the human drive for meaning, an exciting new series of sessions, online events and one-day workshops will be starting soon. Ideal for any company committed to the well-being of employees and colleagues, Creative Communication is a great way to prepare your team members through a few hours, half or whole day workshop.
