Caroline Rigby Coaching
Caroline Rigby offers development coaching services in Norfolk, both online and in-person. She is an accredited and experienced coach, drawing on psychology and behavioural science to help people to achieve personal and professional growth.
What is coaching? Coaching is a personalised learning intervention that promotes self-awareness, development and wellbeing.
People chose to work with a coach for a variety of reasons, including:
• getting to know and understand themselves better
• support making a change
• support navigating a challenge
• to work towards specific self-chosen goals or intentions
• support to implement learning from training
Caroline is able to provide coaching services directly to individuals, and to individuals and groups in business, education, organisational, charity and community contexts.
Caroline has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a masters degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. She engages in regular supervision and training and upholds the highest standards of ethical practice informed by the ethical standards set by the European Coaching and Mentoring Council (EMCC) and British Psychological Society (BPS) in order to provide an effective and trustworthy service.

When she is not coaching Caroline is researching coaching to inform the evidence-base in the field of Coaching Psychology. Her own published study revealed that the impact of coaching is still felt and valued in the months following a coaching period, shedding new light on how the learning from a period of coaching sustains change.
