Blend Associates Ltd provides high quality executive coaching and leadership development support online to leaders and their teams across the NHS, education, local government, charity and the private sector and we offer a range of supporting tools and Psychometrics, such as Oura, to embed our offers.
The Blend coaching Faculty was established 10 years ago and has grown rapidly over the last 4 years. We now have 30+ executive coaches and a supporting office team of 9. All our coaches bring with them a wealth of experience and depth of knowledge in Executive Coaching, hold executive coaching certifications, completed hundreds of hours of executive coaching with individuals and teams and offer a breadth of experience. And because of our range of coach skills, we offer excellent leadership and development support programmes too.
The team at Blend are passionate about working with leaders, because many leaders do not stop, think and learn better ways of leading. Leadership effectiveness is more challenging than ever. Times are uncertain, complex and recruiting and training great staff remains difficult. Leaders need great coaches to walk alongside them through these challenges. Because of our rigorous selection process, leaders who receive executive coaching and development support from Blend, access some of the best coaches in the world.
